Currently, more than 125 HP Indigo presses have been installed from the new portfolio announced in March 2020. “Despite the challenges of the past year, Indigo customers have continued to lead the transformation of the graphic arts industry. Our R&D labs continue to deliver on our promise to launch new capabilities, products, and solutions to support our customers' growth, ”he stated. Haim Levit, VP and CEO of HP Indigo, during the keynote address at Dscoop Fusion.

The HP Indigo 100K Digital Press, with more than 30 units already installed, is enabling printers to go from offset to digital printing. To further drive digital expansion into professional printing, HP Indigo has introduced a new set of features that expand the capabilities of its product portfolio.

The new Automatic Alert Agent 2.0 for the HP Indigo Series 4 presses (HP Indigo 12000 and 15K) it is an online inspection system that scans each printed sheet and compares it with its digital reference, automatically identifying printing defects. AAA 2.0 automatically diverts faulty sheets to the bin and reprints them, all in real time without human intervention and without interrupting production. The system leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms, increasing accuracy and speed, to deliver productivity and profitability to PSPs.

HP also expands HD printing capabilities with the new Fineline RIP. This new RIP and the press IT infrastructure offer improved capabilities for small text and fine lines, producing the sharpest Kanji fonts and complex security patterns.

The new capabilities in the HP Indigo 100K include Automatic Pallet Replacement (APR), which enables continuous printing with nonstop stacking so that print service providers can achieve even higher levels of productivity.

The new HP Indigo 6P digital press is a narrow web press, dedicated to photographic and editorial applications. It extends the capabilities of the Indigo 6800p with a host of innovations to increase productivity and versatility, including a larger 320x980mm image area and faster RIP.

All the second hand digital presses HP Indigo offer a new opportunity to purchase HP Indigo presses, including B2 format presses, with significant capital savings.

Additionally, HP Indigo has announced new products and capabilities in its 2020 portfolio for label and packaging production.
