In redesigning the Indaba labels, capsules and carton, the Cape Classics design team was inspired by the natural environment found in the southern tip of South Africa, characterized by the rich diversity of Western Cape flowers.
The color choices for each wine variety were based on what can be seen at the Cape, the way the light falls on the mountains, and how the sun disappears.
The change was also based on the region's strong commitment to sustainability by choosing an artisanal plain cardboard box, without color or varnish.
