iSafra and Xoriguer Distilleries have teamed up to launch Saffron Island Gin, a new gin containing their flagship products. The two Menorcan companies, the first leader in saffron and the second in “Gin de Mahón”, have teamed up to craft a drink that combines natural ingredients to create an aromatic and floral gin; saffron, aloe vera, cardamom, ginger, grapefruit and Gin Xoriguer.

"We want to offer the consumer a very different, high-end gin, since it is made with an excellent raw material, with a special aroma and flavor, perfect to drink at any time of the day, since it is friendly and combined alone, it seems almost a soda. We have managed to bring together the best of each of us in a gin born to surprise ”, point out the creators of Saffron Island Gin.

It has begun to be distributed through the Xoriguer Distilleries channels, including the Distillery store and the one in the center of Mahón. With this launch, the result of a unique strategic alliance, iSafra manages to expand the uses of its excellent saffron, whose production is mainly oriented to the kitchens of the great Spanish chefs, while Destilerías Xoriguer, diversifies its range of gins, with an elaborate proposal based on the most iconic and traditional of them all, Gin Xoriguer.
