February 28th 2025

ITC-Packaging

This range of thermoformed cups from ITC Packaging combines the functionality and versatility of Plastic with the natural appearance of paper to offer a 100% recyclable packaging solution. CombiCup has been specially designed for ready-to-drink products, being ideal for both hot or cold drinks as if to dairy products.

CombiCup stands out for its unique combination of materials that guarantee the preservation of the organoleptic properties of food, thanks to its perfect heat-sealed closure, offering perfect performance in a multitude of environmental conditions (cold, frozen or ambient). It is currently offered with a diameter of 75 mm and a capacity of 200 ml, but it is adaptable to various capacities and geometries, with the possibility of integrating recycled paper.

100% recyclable and separable
One of the most remarkable aspects of the CombiCup is its ease of recycling. Thanks to its zipper shaped die cut, the consumer can easily separate the cardboard from the plastic. This ensures that each material can be deposited in its corresponding container: the glass in the yellow container and the cardboard in the blue one. This feature reinforces ITC Packaging's commitment to sustainability and the circular economy, aligning itself with current environmental standards and regulations.

In the words of Jesus Burbano (Project & Innovation Director)“CombiCup represents another step in our aim to continue offering packaging solutions that are both functional and environmentally responsible. It is the perfect solution for packaging on-the-go or dairy products.”
