The chemical company Dow has been named in the Hay Group's seventh annual list as one of the Best Companies for Leadership. The annual study, conducted by the Hay Group, a global consulting firm, ranks the best companies for leadership around the world and examines how these companies foster talent and innovation in their ranks. This year's survey includes responses from nearly 7.000 people in more than 2.300 organizations around the world. Respondents who completed the survey were from 103 countries.
