The meeting, organized by the GREMI of the Industry and Graphic Communication of CataloniaIt became a collective celebration of the talent, industrial strength and creativity of a sector that continues to demonstrate its capacity for adaptation, innovation and future projection, with a clear vindication of the strategic role of graphic communication in the economy, culture, packaging, publishing, industry and brand communication.
One of the most significant elements of the evening was the attendance of Jordi Hereu, Minister of Industry and Tourismwho participated in the event and presented the Guild Pyramid, the highest distinction of the Graphic Arts Competition. The minister's presence represented top-level institutional recognition for the graphic arts industry.
This recognition takes on special significance at a key moment for the GREMI of the Industry and Graphic Communication of Catalonia and for the entire Catalan graphic arts industry. GREMI is already part of the Register of Innovative Business Associations of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism through the AEI GREMI, a milestone that reinforces the entity's role as a platform for business cooperation, innovation, technological modernization and industrial competitiveness.

The Gala was also attended by the commissioner Nuria Aymerich and the Director General of Industry, Xavier Roca, from the Department of Business and Labor, who accompanied the sector on a particularly significant night.
73th Graphic Arts Contest
The central focus of the event was the presentation of the Awards of the 73rd edition of the Graphic Arts CompetitionA historic competition that recognizes the quality, innovation, creativity, technical precision, and excellence of the work produced by the sector. The Gala was presented by Charlie Pee, with the support of the GREMI general secretary, Joan Creus, and featured a prominent business and institutional presence.
During the evening, it was made clear that graphic communication is “much more than printing. It is industry, technology, design, packaging, labeling, finishing, books, culture, sustainability, automation, business services, and applied innovation. It is also an essential activity for many other economic sectors, from commerce to logistics, from food to cosmetics, from publishing to corporate communication.”
Among the awards presented were recognitions in the categories of Newspaper, Magazine, Calendar, Book Printing, Book Binding, Flexographic Printing, Catalog, Case, Exhibitor, Display, Label, Packaging, Miscellaneous Work, Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation.
