Under the direction of Malva MoncalvoThis Italian brand has launched a collection of nine fragrances. coverpla has developed the primary packaging and created the designs.
Mauve 1979 This is the name of this young brand, launched by Malva Moncalvo last September. It prides itself on its Italian production, including the packaging, designed by artisans to be durable and reusable. PCoverpla Italia handled the combination of the bottle and cap, as well as the customization process.
Pied dans l'eau, Nude Essence, Amber Diary, Happy Birthday Note of Silence… each of these nine fragrances expresses a dreamlike universe composed of abstract forms that emerge from dark backgrounds in a play of light and depth.
Working closely with the Coverpla team, the brand chose to combine the 100ml Trek bottle with the Magnet aluminum cap in a sleek, glossy black finish. A delicate pattern is applied to the side of the bottle and the top of the cap, creating a tone-on-tone effect.
For its discovery sets, the brand selected the 10ml Coverpla Pocket bottle and cap, with the name screen-printed on the bottle and the logo on the cap. These miniatures are presented in an elegant case.
“We chose Coverpla as our partner, firstly, for their exclusively European approach, from the glass to the dispensers and the caps, and secondly, for their customization capabilities.” In this way, MALVA 1979 was able to convey its refinement and elegance through a high-quality screen-printed design on the glass and caps. “Each creation is an invitation to experience the fragrance not as a mere adornment, but as an intimate and defining experience, capable of accompanying and defining those who choose it,” says Malva Moncalvo.
