The Lecta group, the second largest European manufacturer of Chemical Paste Plaster, made up of Condat, Cartiere del Garda and Torraspapel, has formalized, pending approval of the concentration operation by the European Commission, the acquisition of the Italian distributor Polyedra, which belongs up to now to the PaperlinX Group. With the acquisition of Polyedra, Lecta strengthens its leadership position as a manufacturer and distributor in southern Europe.
The Lecta Group and Polyedra will obtain strong synergies and logistical advantages that will allow them to better respond to current market challenges.
