Every year, Jo Malone London creates a unique collection of perfumes in Limited Edition Inspired by its British origins. This year's signature proposal is Wild Swimming. The collection finds its inspiration in the pleasure of swimming in natural waters, which creates a bond between the swimmer and nature, and that is where the essence of the experience lies.
The natural beauty of the British Isles is reflected in five fragrances in limited edition. From shallow crystal clear waters to invigorating waves, urban pools or streams winding through remote forests, each scent captures a unique aquatic experience.
The new British-inspired collection is presented in clear jars with weathered wooden stoppers. The caps of the 30ml and 100ml cologne bottles are made of FSC® certified wood. Like the covers of the aromatic candles for the home, they have been decorated using an innovative combination of techniques that provide a worn wood effect and make each unit unique.
The wooden corks come from sustainably managed European forests and are manufactured in Quadpack Wood, a production center that is a pioneer in the use of sustainable processes powered by electricity from renewable sources and a biomass plant. The weathered wood effect of the final product is achieved using a layering technique followed by a sanding process which gives each stopper a unique look.
