Arrives in Spain Laué as a new way of understanding wine. It is a frizzante, an low alcohol wine, slightly foamy, packaged in a can.
Made from partially fermented Verdejo grapes, Laué stands out for its effervescent, refreshing, and delicately smooth character. With an alcohol content of just 5,5% and no added sugar, it offers a natural balance between flavor and lightness, aligned with a more conscious lifestyle, but without sacrificing pleasure.
Behind Laué is the prestigious winery Bornos Palace, located in the Rueda DO, and the winemaker's vision Pilar García del Pinowho has managed to translate the essence of this characterful grape into an innovative product and format without losing its essence.
“With Laué, we wanted to create a wine that adapted to the way we live today: more spontaneous, freer, and less bound by rules. We started with the highest quality Verdejo grapes that we work with in Rueda, but reinterpreted them with freshness and lightness, without losing their character.”, says Pilar García del Pino, winemaker at Palacio de Bornos.
Beyond the product itself, Laué was born as an invitation to enjoy the simple things. Its canned format reflects a new, freer, and more versatile way of consuming, moving away from ritual and towards everyday life.
In this context, its launch also marks Palacio de Bornos' entry into this new category.
