“Els Músics” (The Musicians) is a project that joins the forces of Miel Muria, Llet Nostra, Infrusec and Masachs. It is a reinterpretation of the musician's desserts, present in the Corpus of Catalan Culinary Heritage. Els Músics unite top quality dried fruit, cottage cheese and honey with a high nutritional and balanced value.
Els Músics can be found in its farm shops throughout Catalonia. They will also be marketed in stores and establishments of supermarket chains that are committed to proximity and zero kilometer products.
Its presentation allows to keep the three ingredients (nuts, cottage cheese and honey) separate. Thus they preserve their original organoleptic qualities until the moment of consumption.
