Lumson has bought Marino Belotti

lumson announced the acquisition of Marino Belotti, a company founded in 1979 in Bergamo and specialized in packaging for powders (compact and baked products).
Belotti manufactures injection molds in-house and manufactures a wide range of high-quality, high-design solutions for the prestigious and masstige markets. Production and assembly are carried out in a state-of-the-art facility (total covered area of ​​5.500 square meters): more than 700 molds built over the years, allow the company to offer a wide selection of compact cases.
In 2018, the primary private equity fund "Fondo Strategico Italiano" (FSI) acquired a minority stake (35%) in Lumson, but the family company holds the majority. Lumson designs, develops and manufactures dispensing systems, airless systems, glass and plastic containers, makeup solutions and accessories (closures, actuators ...), all available with decorations. Beginning in 2018, Remo Moretti, who had run the company since 1975, became honorary president, leaving the role of president to his son, Matteo Moretti.
