Makro and Rodrigo de la Calle present Mezclum Makro Premium

MAKRO, launches its new range MAKRO Premium Mix In collaboration with Rodrigo of the Street, chef with a Michelin star. It is an innovative product for the world of side dishes.

The MAKRO team and chef Rodrigo de la Calle, creator of the Gastrobotánica concept and recognized for his green haute cuisine, have worked on a differentiating product for uses that is positioned as the first mézclum specially designed to accompany four types of dishes. With the launch of Mézclum MAKRO Premium they seek to facilitate the work of chefs and specialists in the Horeca sector when preparing the accompaniment to main dishes or hors d'oeuvres with unique mixes: for starters and pastas, fish, meat or hamburger / sandwich.

This new product has four green varieties developed after months of tastings and quality tests:

-Special mezclum starters and pasta: perfect for dressing thick dressings, sour accompaniments, mustard, aged vinegars and sweet vinegar reductions. Its ingredients are: cabbage, red cabbage, baby leaf, lollo rosso, arugula and mizuna.

-Special fish mezclum: ideal for dressing with mild olive oil and sour accompaniments such as young vinegars or citrus juices. Its ingredients are: red apollo, fine frisée, cabbage, red cabbage, tatsoi and mizuna.

-Mézclum special meats: it achieves an unbeatable balance with highly acidic oils, sesame oil, old and strong vinegars, dark rice or soy. Its ingredients are: fine frisée, carrot, spinach shoots, arugula and red chard shoots.

-Mézclum special hamburger or sandwich: prepared to add with fatty preparations, previously seasoning and with a texture especially suitable for this type of dishes. Its ingredients are: red and green apollo, arugula and sprouts of lollo rosso.
