The new refillable Eau de Parfum Daisy Wild by Marc Jacobs presents a custom dosing system Aptar Beauty Custom.
Aptar Beauty has adapted its best-selling VP4 fragrance pump to support the new Daisy Wild Eau de Parfum. It features a custom-made aluminium snap-on collar combined with the high-performance screw-on pump and dip tube, which is customised to represent the green “stems” of the flowers that adorn the cap. Additionally, Daisy Wild features a custom neck finish that allows for easy refilling and ensures an airtight seal.
Aptar Beauty developed the two-part accessory to Marc Jacobs’ specific requirements, at its Custom Beauty flagship store in Oyonnax, France. The top part consists of a custom collar, a custom plastic screw-on neck finisher and a custom VP4 pump. The stamped aluminium collar allows for a perfect fit on the bottle, while a custom gasket ensures the product’s tightness in the bottle’s neck. The bottom part of the accessory is a green plastic dip tube, designed to look like flower stems dipped in fragrance.
VP4 is Aptar Beauty’s best-selling fragrance pump, designed to be refill compatible. The high-performance dispensing system features gradual, linear actuation to deliver a fine, even spray. Daisy Wild fragrances come in 30ml, 50ml and 100ml and can be refilled using a 150ml refill format. Refilling is made easy by the custom neck finish, which allows consumers to screw on and off the pump very easily.
