More than 1.000 entrepreneurs and senior managers of mass consumption will meet at the 32nd AECOC congress

Under the slogan "To be or not to be" more than a thousand businessmen, presidents and CEOs of the main companies in the industry and the distribution of the large consumption They will meet on October 25 and 26 in Valencia at the AECOC Congress.

The leaders of the sector will seek together the keys to successfully respond to three of the great challenges that companies must face in the current context of change: competitiveness, sustainability and omnichannel.

For this, the AECOC Congress will count as speakers with an outstanding team of reputed national and international analysts, including the global strategy expert Parag Khanna, the general director of Google for Spain and Portugal -Fuencisla Clemares-, the president of ISDI -Javier Rodríguez Zapatero- or the creator of the name iMac, Ken Segall.

Along with them, senior executives from leading companies in the sector will also take part in the program, such as the co-founder of FreshDirect -David McInerney-, the CEO of Leroy Merlín Spain -Ignacio Sánchez Villares-, the CEO of Grupo IFA -Juan Manuel Morales- and Ocado Solutions CEO Luke Jensen.

The person in charge of opening the conference program will be the president of AECOC and Bankia director, F. Javier Campo, with an analysis of the current economic situation and the challenges that companies in a sector must address in it. as a whole, it contributes 20% of the national GDP and employs more than 5 million people, which makes it a clear engine of economic development for our country.

The AECOC Congress, which will be held at the Valencia Conference Center, will be officially opened by the President of the Generalitat Valenciana, Ximo Puig.
