En Interpack 2026, in Düsseldorf (from May 7 to 13), Metsä Board, part of the Metsagroup Group, will showcase its strategy Lead the Packwith special attention to the food and food services, healthcare and retail sectors.
In line with its strategy Lead the PackIn its recently published report, Metsä Board will present new product and service solutions designed to offer lightweight and material-efficient packaging options, especially for food, foodservice, healthcare and retail packaging, along with its new FastTrack availability service and enhanced design-to-market collaboration, supporting customers' practical packaging development needs.
At its stand D49 (hall 8), Metsä Board will present its portfolio of lightweight folding box cartons, white kraftliners, foodservice cartons and dispersion barrier cartons that offer new opportunities for plastic replacement, together with Muoto®, a novel molded fiber packaging solution developed by Metsä Spring.
A key element of Metsä Board's presence at Interpack will be the Daily Workshops on Design for Packaging Impact, in which practical approaches to packaging development and the impact of material decisions on brand performance, functionality and sustainability considerations will be explored.
Metsä Board will also participate in the Circular Economy Day at Interpack. On May 11, the head of sustainability Kaisa Munukka will offer a Spotlight presentation entitled “Towards the holistic creation of value in pharmaceutical packaging: interconnecting nature and climate in the Circular Economy.”
