BEDOW / MIKKELLER

Brewmaster Mikkel Borg Bjergsø set out to create a series of four beers, one for each station, together with Swedish design studio Bedow. Both the beer and its packaging would interpret the seasons. When the beer is cold it displays a symbol representing the previous season, but when it is empty, or when a hand grasps the bottle, the heat-sensitive color fades and gives way to a symbol representing the next season. The series is a limited edition of 3500 bottles for each season: Pale Spring Ale, Summer Pilsner, Autumn Porter, and now Wild Winter Ale.
