Depot Branding Agency developed a blue cat for the brand's packaging Milgrad from the dairy Bryansk (Russia), awarded with a Red Dot 2021.
The cat wanders over the containers of different dairy products, looking expectantly from the corner, playing with a rope or simply looking curiously at the consumer. The illustration It starts on one side of the package and continues on the next side so that the viewer can interact with it directly on the supermarket shelf. At the same time, multiple packages can be attached to show the entire cat sliding down the package.
In this redesign, the familiar and frequently used color coding was retained: white for the milk, green for kefir and light brown for buttermilk. The background remains minimalist white, while a different font color distinguishes the foods.
