August 31st, 2015

Amec and the Packaging Cluster organize a Commercial Mission in Ghana taking advantage of the third edition of the Plast Print Pack fair, dedicated to plastics, composites, chemistry and printing, and packaging and material solutions.

Ghana is today the second largest economy in West Africa, after Nigeria. With a growth of 8,2% in 2015, and a growth projection of 7% for the next few years, the country enjoys a positive economic situation. If the medium-term forecasts are met, Ghana will be among the 10 fastest growing countries in the world.
A former British colony and the first African country to achieve independence in 1957, Ghana stands out for its political and social stability and consolidated democracy. It is the best country in West Africa to do business, according to the World Bank's “Doing Business 2015” report.
In this mission, which will take place from November 30 to December 4, companies that are part of the packaging value chain represented in Amec envasgraf, Amec alimentec and Packaging Cluster will participate.
