lumson, Italian leader in primary packaging for the cosmetics industry, expands TAG with new shapes and introduces the Infinity capsule.

TAG was not only the first glass airless spray launched on the market by the Italian company but, more than 10 years later, it is still "The Original" thanks to the technology used to manufacture it. The latest designs are two new luxury bottles, with a cylindrical shape and a thick base, designed for prestige makeup and skincare products: one bottle will be characterized by smoother, more rounded lines, while the other has a diameter and a most noticeable height. Both can be combined with an aluminum covered pump to emphasize their luxurious effect.

Infinity is a capsule collection, currently made up of two glass bottles available in 30ml and 50ml, ideal for skincare and makeup products, which will grow with new formats in the future. The “style detail” of this new line is the thick, tapered base.

New monomaterial dropper

Lumson has expanded its extensive line of cosmetic droppers with a new dropper solution that is 100% sustainable, because the collar and pipette are made of PP, while the rubber bulb is made of polyolefin, a particular method-compatible elastomer. PP recycling. All components can be disposed of in the same recycling chain. This sustainable solution that has also been verified by a SPICE analysis.

“Over the last 5 years, sales have doubled and our leading position in the premium sector of airless systems with bags and makeup has been strengthened thanks to our acquisition of Marino Belotti. Our strategy is increasingly focused on sustainability, with systems aimed at protecting the environment and simplifying the recycling process once the product is finished: from airless and monomaterial solutions to refillable ones. The novelties that we will present this year will have this common denominator and have been designed to guarantee safety, attractiveness and respect for the environment”, declares Matteo Moretti, Chairman of Lumson Group.
