New, more sustainable bottle of Brockman's Gin

10th September 2024

Brockman's

Brockman's Gin has launched a light bottle and newly designed as part of its commitment to sustainability, manufactured by Veralia.

At just 500 grams, the bottle, designed by Verallia, will be the lightest among the world's leading premium gin brands, containing 30% less glass weight than its direct competitors, on average. This claim is based on a comparison with the seven best-selling gin brands globally in the super-premium segment according to IWSR (2023): Hendrick's, Roku Gin, Malfy Gin, Tanqueray 10, The Botanist, Drumshanbo and Gin Mare.

Additionally, this bottle contains 51% post-consumer recycled glass content (previously 0,6%). By choosing a lighter bottle, the brand aims to decrease CO2 emissions through the overall reduction of intensive energy use and logistics.

Jean-Dominique Andreu, Managing Director of Brockman Gin, said: “Our new bottle represents an important step in our journey towards sustainability. We are proud to lead the industry with this innovative, lightweight packaging and are committed to continuing our efforts to create a more sustainable future.”
