After the success of the first edition, the IPA 2015, Inspirational Packaging Awards, are convened again. Derprosa, a world reference company in the manufacture of bioriented polypropylene film (BOPP), repeats as sponsor of the call.
The jury, made up of the main associations of the packaging industry and international POS, will assess the following aspects: innovation in production, innovation in use, ease of handling, ingenuity and originality, graphic design and industrial, ergonomics, material consumption and environmental sustainability and recycling.
The nominations submitted to the Inspirational Packaging Awards, IPA correspond to works produced in 2014 and 2015 in any country in the world. As a novelty, two new categories are presented with respect to the first edition, and the works are framed within ten monographic areas and their subsequent categories:

IPA Award for the container with the strongest branding and design strength.

• HOME'S PRODUCTS

IPA award to the container that presents the best ecological innovation in the field of waste management, reduction of materials, etc.
• DERPROSA SPECIAL IPA AWARD
Award for the best application of a Derprosa laminate in a container.
• MISCELLANEOUS
Those works not inscribable in the previous categories.
The registration period begins on July 15 and ends on October 30, and the IPA AWARDS ceremony will be held within the framework of the PACKAGING INNOVATIONS Madrid show, organized by Easyfairs Iberia, at Feria de Madrid, on the 19th of November 2015.
