HERMA

El New online label configurator from HERMA offers users great formatting freedom for their digitally printed roll labels, with no additional die-cutting costs or shipping costs within the EU. Every time a parameter is changed, the price is calculated in real time, without the need to log in or register.

“Custom configuration and ordering of rectangular or round labels is completely intuitive,” explains Marc trapp, Sales Team Leader for Industrial Labels at HERMA. “Thanks to the configurator’s compact design, the user can immediately see all parameters at a glance without encountering unpleasant surprises in the form of unexpected costs at the end, such as shipping costs. The user completes the entire ordering process with just a few clicks.”

The label configurator is particularly interesting for small and medium label volumes, i.e. for quantities ranging from 2.000 to 250.000 labels. It is also possible to combine different varieties and print motifs in one order.

The HERMA label configurator is of interest, for example, to manufacturers of food, cosmetics and medical devices. The possibility of placing complete orders consisting of several different print motifs is particularly advantageous for products with many variants that require different labelling, for example chemicals, paints and dyes or consumer goods. Loading the print data is quick and easy.

When launched, the configurator will initially offer six different, versatile label materials made of paper and foil. “We exclusively use self-adhesive material that we have developed and produced in-house. In this way, we guarantee a consistently high standard: anyone who orders from HERMA can rely on HERMA quality,” emphasises Marc Trapp.

Printing is always done digitally on modern HP Indigo machines, either in colour (CMYK) or black and white.
