Olis Bargalló creates a single-use protector for his oil bottles in restaurants

July 13, 2020

Olis Bargallo has created a greener alternative to oil pods and plastic formats: hygienic protective covers made of recycled paper and single use. The oil distribution firm will give its clients in the hospitality industry these covers, thus avoiding plastic pods.

With these protectors, the restaurateur will be able to keep the containers of extra virgin olive oil 250 ml glass, but in each service you can change these covers to maintain hygiene and safety standards against Covid-19. Being made of recycled paper, the impact on the environment is less, since the paper sleeves can be recycled.

Since it was founded Olis Bargallo In 1850 in Castellví de Rosanes (Barcelona), the firm has worked to offer the best olive and vegetable oils to the hospitality professional.
