PEFC packaging

PEFC, association that promotes the sustainable management of forests, launch the campaign “Responsible Packaging” in order to promote containers and packaging from sustainably managed forests and recycled sources.

The initiative aimed atmanufacturers, suppliers, brands and prescribers makes visible the importance of using containers and packaging of paper, cardboard or wood, less polluting and more sustainable, and that comply with the famous three Rs: they are Renewable, they have a Responsible origin and they are Recyclable.

Packaging made of paper, cardboard and wood, if it also has the PEFC certified, actively promotes the protection and sustainable use of our forests, since forest certification guarantees the sustainable and recycled origin of raw materials, as well as their traceability in a safe and transparent supply chain.
