TNT Global Manufacturing has designed and manufactured the plugs made of zamak and the aluminum and brass necklaces for the British brand's Portraits Collection Penhaligon's.
The technical challenge lies in the precision and fineness of the details, which required a complex production process - injection, demoulding, assembly - especially for the deer head.
The decoration and finish also reach a high level of quality: each piece has been manually polished before gold plating, like the work of a goldsmith.
Penhaligon's also relied on TNT Global Manufacturing for the realization of its Trade Routes boxes.
