The Italian company launches a new rewinder in addition to its Dual Turret SA, also recently presented on the market.
Star Plus TR is a four-axis turret non-stop automatic rewinder for attachment to the end of line. This new state-of-the-art device is designed for in-line processes with any type of press or finishing machine. Rewind non-stop and produce label rolls without glue at the start using Glueless technology, thanks to a special mandrel wrapping system. The closing of the rolls is carried out with an individual label placed by an applicator without the need for consumables. Detachment, spacing, positioning and application takes place fully automatically.
The Star Plus TR turret incorporates 'brushless' motors, servo drive with an integrated pressure / drive roller and label counting sensor. Likewise, it offers a maximum speed of 250 m / min., Automatic tension control independent of the tension in the main machine and band widths between 400 and 530 mm.
Star Plus TR has been designed to perform format changes quickly, in just 10 minutes, thanks to the total automatic control of the height of the label applicator and the cutting blade (the only manual process is the change of axes).
