Le Métaprotecteur de La Colline is the Swiss brand's first eco-conscious, illuminating youth sunscreen, part of its new Clar•Ology ritual. This advanced skincare product is packaged by Quadpack , which developed its Regula Airless Refill solution to meet the brand's demanding requirements for formula protection, recyclability, and premium design.

Regula Airless Refill is a completely metal-free, refillable container made from recyclable materials. Respecting the brand's desire for local sourcing, it is manufactured and decorated at Quadpack's facility in Germany, which runs on renewable energy. This solution produced for Le Métaprotecteur contains 74% post-consumer recycled material (PCR). The outer bottle and cap are made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PCR PET). The interior is made from polypropylene (PP) for optimal compatibility and is perfectly suited to limit the volume of the product.
The sophisticated decoration has been achieved using a variety of techniques that reflect the prestige of the La Colline brand. The outer bottle is treated with a matte white coating, and the design has been applied using hot-stamping and two-colour screen printing. The adapter ring, hot-rolled in shiny silver, connects the bottle to the metal-free white pump. The cap is the finishing touch, decorated in silver using full-coverage hot-stamping, a more sustainable, solvent-free and low-emission alternative to metallisation. During its development, decorated samples were provided at each step of the process to ensure the correct look and feel.
In terms of performance, airless technology helps maintain product integrity by protecting the formula from air and external contaminants. In addition, dosing is consistent with each application, while its high restitution rate ensures waste-free use.
