PSB Industries begins exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of Qualipac

PSB Industries has started exclusive negotiations with the family group Pocket square in order to acquire its plastic and metal packaging division qualipac.
Qualipac achieved worldwide revenues in the order of € 239 million in 2019 and has more than 2,300 employees. The Group has internationally recognized experience for the transformation and decoration of plastics, aluminum and zamak, as well as for the trade under its Priminter brand. Their complementary fields of knowledge enable Qualipac to offer its many customers a wide range of products for the perfume, makeup and skincare markets.
The planned transaction represents an important strategic move in the development and strengthening of PSB Industries' luxury and beauty business unit. It will be presented in an advisory capacity to the corresponding representative bodies and then it will be submitted to the authorization of the competent authorities. The acquisition would be financed by available cash from PSB Industries and by the use of credit lines.
