Santa Teresa, a gourmet company with more than 150 years of experience in the elaboration of traditional recipes, 100% natural and of high quality, with an attractive and premium packaging, is present in Food 2016, held from April 25 to 28 in Barcelona.

Tomorrow, April 26, Santa Teresa will announce its next launches, which will focus on a unique proposal in the packaging market for products such as Quince, Santa Teresa Yemas and Quince Pastas: Monodosis. On the other hand, on Wednesday April 27, a new dish prepared by the company will be released, the Santa Teresa Russian Salad, and the new formats of its dishes of Meatballs with Santa Teresa Mashed Potato, Meatballs with Pisto will be announced. Santa Teresa and Beef Stew with Santa Teresa Mashed Potato.

Food Innovation in Clusters
Also within the framework of the Alimentaria 2016 fair, an interesting session on Food Innovation in Clusters will be held this afternoon, jointly organized by the six food clusters of the Catalunya Clusters Program: AINS (nutrition and health), Foodservice, Gourmet, INNOVACC (pork meat ), INNOVI (viticulture) and Packaging. It is a session to inform attendees about different topics on trends and innovation that is being worked on in the field of these clusters.
