gmund

For the seventh time the Gmund Prize, with the slogan “Make your work famous”, it recognizes the most creative, innovative and technically high-quality objects printed on Gmund Paper.

To participate, the project must be printed on papers from one of Gmund's current collections. Printers, designers, agencies and brands can participate. Submissions can be registered at www.gmundaward.com and submitted to the jury until November 2, 2021.

The jury is made up of experts from the paper and printing industry, who will evaluate the realization and success of each project in the market, as well as the quality of the processing. Creativity, innovativeness, design and the interplay between high-quality printing and the exclusive use of Gmund paper are also of great importance.

One more year, the awards will be divided into several categories. The Corporate category judges catalogs and presentations of companies and products. The Business Communication category includes business office supplies. Mailing accepts invitations and cards. Packaging refers exclusively to paper packaging solutions. Private includes invitations, greeting cards, and stationery. The Art category evaluates posters and paper crafts. New this year, the Books category evaluates books, large-format illustrated volumes and table books, and the special Green Innovation category awards prizes in all categories as an additional prize for projects specially produced in a sustainable way.

The winners will be announced on December 2, 2021. The award ceremony will take place in Gmund, Germany, if the coronavirus situation allows it to take place.
