Silgan Dispensing has closed the acquisition of the business of Albéa Global Dispensing Systems, which includes its industrial clusters Metal (COVIT) Europe and USA) and Brazil.
With the acquisition, Silgan Dispensing expands its range of fragrance and lotion pumps for the beauty, cosmetic and perfume markets, while adding a market-leading portfolio of mini beauty products and samples. Silgan also has Albéa's experienced team of employees that previously focused on those product lines.

Silgan Dispensing and Albéa have signed a Transition Services Agreement to ensure seamless integration for both customers and new equipment.
