Success of Caviaroli at the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona 2022

caviaroli, pioneer company in spherification and encapsulation of olive oil, has participated with its latest novelties in the 2022 edition ofl Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, the Gastronomic Hub for Restoration and Foodservice held in Barcelona.

The latest novelty of the brand are the liquid green olive sauces by Caviaroli and Albert Adrià, awarded as the most innovative product in the runner-up category within the framework of the 2021 InnoForum Awards. Although this new Caviaroli product line is specially designed for Restaurants and Catering, in the coming weeks the company will launch the product for the retail channel.

The three versions of the sauce, made from the juice of pickled green olives, pickled green olives with chipotle flavor (spicy and smoky) and pickled green olives with piparra (acid), are presented in glass bottle like any extra virgin olive oil, but the container contains a sauce, a perfect dressing with all the character and flavor of the olive.

The new product, in a 500 ml format for Horeca, has a powerful flavor and is very versatile, as it can be used to dress, marinate and decorate all kinds of dishes.
