Summa Branding wins a Bronze Pentawards

The Spanish company summa branding has received a bronze award in the Pentawards 2021 for your project for Sanchez Romero Carvajal, a brand of Osborne Group.

The origin of the project the packaging It was the need to reflect the new territory of the brand, achieve repositioning in the gourmet market and update the aesthetic codes, thereby achieving differentiation in its sector. Together with the Grupo Osborne team, Summa Branding developed a project whose results are a new brand image and packaging design capable of recovering the essence of the brand.

The Pentawards jury has assessed a design project that matured until it found a creative route that balances the new illustrative style, the color palette and the visual system with the brand's new storytelling.

Summa Branding has recovered the history and legacy of Sanchez Romero Carvajal giving them life and providing an iconic and disruptive element: an Iberian pig with a monocle (knowledge) and a bow tie (quality).

Color was another of the central elements of the project due to the complexity of achieving a homogeneous application of the color palette on very complex and different materials. It was decided to keep the green, associated with nature and the tradition of the sector, but complementing it with a color palette that gave the packaging modernity and contemporaneity. The identity is completed with fine illustrations of oak leaves and acorns, two elements inherent to the product. The selection of the corporate typeface was also challenging due to the length of the brand text.
