Ampac, a world leader in the creative flexible packaging market, has announced the launch of the Pull Tab ™ beverage bag. The Pull Tab innovation consists of a beverage bag with an alternative format to the traditional beverage bag with a straw and pierceable hole.
Pull Tab technology provides hygienic protection of the straw hole via a tear-off tab. To enjoy the contents of the bag, the personalized straw must be inserted into the hole. Other advantages of this hygienic solution include the possibility of using high speed filling lines, its use for hot (aseptic) or cold filling, individual label printing, as well as availability of bags in custom shapes and sizes.
