After the success of the two calls held in Madrid and Barcelona, the third edition of "Portraits of Success" it took place in Valencia on February 19 in the space known as the Copa de América Building (Veles e Vents). For this new edition, under the name "Leading teams through our communication", HP had Javier Cebreiros, PhD in communication, contributor to the online medium Huffington Post and author of the book "Forget your body language."
miquel olive, CEO H.P. Indigo & PWP Iberia, began the event, focused on showing the most effective way to lead teams through communication. Attendees learned about the communication resources necessary to enhance the ability to lead productive teams, in addition to learning to get the best version of their teams, developing their own leadership and social skills to promote a successful work environment.
Next, Javier Cebreiros explained the details that affect communication between people and the importance of sharing both ideas and responsibility, so that communication is promoted in an appropriate way. Everything in us communicates and transmits our charism. The challenge is to achieve coherence in the global possibilities of our communication, with the resources harmonized in the triad of “being-being-appearing”. Leaders must know how to transmit and spread enthusiasm.
The objective of the Success Portraits program is, through unique encounters, to make attendees reflect in a different way about the business world to inspire them in their day-to-day lives.
