For the Christmas chest of Only the Brave (Diesel), Cosfibel accepted the challenge of a eco design complete.
Composed of two parts, this safe made of tin, it has three trimmed and bent fins that are both decorative and functional: they serve to hold it upright or on its side. The base and lid are printed inside and out and protected by a high gloss varnish. The chest is closed thanks to four protrusions in the shape of a grain of rice, with its opening facilitated by a slot for the fingers.
The wedge that holds the products (a fragrance bottle and a shower gel) is made of FSC corrugated cardboard. It is coated with glossy black printed paper. This bespoke chock was a complex development that combines strength with the need to hold products firmly in place.
To protect this chest, Cosfibel developed a Cheverny cardboard case made of 50% with Recycled material, printed in four colors with space-themed illustrations. It has a window that allows the consumer to see the products inside at the point of sale. Delivered flat, it is assembled by the filler.
