This beautiful champagne gold plated cap is the result of a complex manufacturing process. It was necessary to carry out a sophisticated kinematic system to unmold the plug with care. Finally, the polishing of the piece was carried out in different phases, until the perfect finish was achieved.
Zamak is especially suitable for the cosmetic, makeup and perfume industry, thanks to its many properties: stability, malleability, resistance, hardness and skin tolerance.
