The creative team of Jo Malone surprised the market again with a limited edition of 4 special fragrances, each with a zamac stopper Custom designed and produced by TNT Group. They all feature a special antique-effect gold plating and are assembled with a PP insert.
The characteristic weight of zamac and its cool feel enhance the retro and luxurious style of these models. The main challenge was to achieve the special patina of the gold plating and ensure that it had a consistent appearance across the four different caps.
The production of each cap followed a delicate process, as each one has its own geometry and features different colours and lights. A meticulous multi-stage process, from die-casting to semi-automatic and manual finishing operations.
