Top Leader (Smoked Domínguez) launches its first range of Sandwiches gluten-free premium from the shelf. The company has been producing this type of premium products and other varieties for almost twenty years, such as: snacks, mini sandwiches or sandwiches.
Initially, they will be available in two varieties: extra cooked ham and two cheeses (Cheddar and Edam, with crunchy chopped lettuce and mayonnaise) and light tuna (mixed with slices of cooked egg and a mild mayonnaise). This new range from Top Líder is the only one that has the only gluten-free packaged sandwiches that can be purchased in supermarkets and They are already available to customers in El Corte Inglés, Hipercor, Supercor and Alcampo, throughout Spain, at an approximate sale price of € 2,80.

To launch this new range of premium gluten-free sandwiches, the company has developed a meticulous training effort and changes in its production processes, with a view to obtaining gluten-free food certification (barred spike), carried out by the Department of quality and food safety of FACE (Federation of celiac associations of Spain).
