TricorBraun announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire the supplier of premium glass containers Vetroelite by LBO France. The acquisition strengthens TricorBraun's European presence and continues the company's global expansion.
Founded in 1994, Vetroelite offers solutions for glass containers Premium for the spirits, gourmet foods, home fragrances, wine and cosmetics industries. Vetroelite has a global presence, operates from multiple locations in Europe and North America and serves clients in 90 countries; was acquired by French LBO in 2017.

All members of the Vetroelite team, including CEO Daniele Feletto, will remain at TricorBraun and continue to work at the company's existing locations. Upon closing of the transaction, Vetroelite will operate as Vetroelite, a TricorBraun company.
