Truyol Digital HP digital printing

Digital Truyol continues to rely on HP printing technology, being the first printer in Spain to acquire the HP Indigo 100K press, in addition to the commercial package HP 15K Value Pack. The company has always bet on innovation with the latest technology in digital printing, which allows them to increase productivity and automation in the workflow, to offer their customers printing solutions with the best quality for any need.

The HP Indigo 100K is a very productive digital B2 press, thanks to a speed of 6.000 pages per hour, and to 'no stop' printing, which has a substrate feeding system that allows easy change of different types of material and jobs, a continuous calibration system to guarantee the consistency of color, as well as an automatic pallet replacement system, among many other features focused on maximizing productivity. Thus, Truyol can offer high volumes of work in short delivery times, without compromising the optimal print quality.

Thanks to the expansion package HP 15K Value Pack For HP Indigo 12.000b presses, capabilities can be expanded and new applications added to the B2 press. At a technical level, the 15K Value Pack allows to increase the thickness of the supported substrates up to 600 microns, promoting the development of folding carton products, currently growing, and allowing the incorporation of HP's high opacity premium white ink. The 15K Value Pack also provides tools to increase the productivity of the HP Indigo 12000 presses, taking advantage of the enhancements introduced for the HP Indigo 100K.

In addition, it is very important for Truyol to have options that are respectful with the environment such as HP Indigo inks chemical-free and water-based, which reinforce its commitment and help its customers meet their sustainability objectives.
