The new range of sheep's milk specialties from the French dairy company Le Petit Basque has a custom-made multilayer packaging, of RPC Bebo Bouxwiller.
For your desserts Douceur de Brebis, Le Petit Basque required a packaging solution that was aesthetically pleasing, while ensuring the flavor, freshness and long life of the product. The inside of the container was to be white to emphasize the quality and purity of the dessert, and the outside, sky blue, to match the company's iconic and recognizable brand.
RPC Bebo's solution is a specially designed and manufactured 95mm container using in-line thermoforming, which transforms multiple technical polymers into the finished container in a single production step.
The packaging also allows a reduction in the use of material that meets the sustainability requirements of Le Petit Basque, while offering the necessary resistance and reliability.
