The company capardoni has acquired guiros srl, dedicated to the injection of closures for different markets: cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical and chemical. The Rossi family sold 100% of this historic company founded in 1956, to Capardoni Srl, specialized in packaging for perfumery and cosmetics.
This acquisition, the third in less than a year, further consolidates the Capardoni Group's presence in different markets and increases its growth, which will soon be followed by new developments in the coming months.
