XIII Congress of Advertising in the Place of Sale

POPAI Spain, The global Association for Marketing at Retail, in alliance with ADIFA-PLV, the Association of designers and manufacturers of advertising material at the point of sale, held on October 9 in Barcelona, ​​the thirteenth Advertising Congress in the Place of Sale, an annual event that alternates its headquarters between Barcelona and Madrid.
With a registration of 250 professionals, the Congress was attended by five speakers who spoke about marketing in retail and advertising at the point of sale: Xavier Bordanova, director of the Center for Retail Management EADA, spoke about shopper marketing at the retail; J. Carlos Andrés, Marketing Director of Hero España, explained the strategy and key actions of the launch of a new product; Manel Cumplido, Caprabo's director of marketing and business development, insisted on the coherence of the message at the point of sale from the perspective of the retailer and the coordination between brands and distributors in the POS; Marc Malagelada, Founding Partner of Insideout, presented an interesting vision of how to make online activity benefit the point of sale and vice versa; and Xavier Camós, Moritz trade marketing manager, spoke about POS at the service of the brand.
