HEIDELBERG Annual General Meeting approves all proposed resolutions

Around 700 shareholders attended the Annual General Meeting of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG) for the 2023/2024 financial year at the Rosengarten Congress Centre in Mannheim. Almost 27,5 percent of HEIDELBERG's share capital was represented at the event. The Board of Management explained to the shareholders the direction of the company's operations.
