The jury of the MasterGlass competition, organized by Vidrala , has announced the winner and the three runners-up. In its third edition, with three possible categories for participation, various aspects were evaluated, including innovation, originality, functionality, viability, and new ideas in packaging.
The Jury was made up of Vicent Martínez -industrial designer, National Design Award in his Business section-, Quim Larrea _designer and architect, Honorable Mention of the National Design Awards-, Marcelo Leslabay -Professor of the University of Deusto-, Jon Abad –Industrial Designer, President of EIDE- and Asier Extebarria –Industrial Technical Engineer, Design Director at Vidrala.
The winning project, 02 Aqua, presents an elaborate story, well documented and with a very careful presentation. The coherence of the graphic narrative of the proposal and the poetic role of the illustrations stand out. This causes a good harmony of the container with the content for which it is intended. Its author is Víctor Zaballos from IED Madrid.
