Record attendance at Luxe Pack Monaco with 10.420 visitors

19th October 2023

Luxury Pack

With a 10,5% increase in visitor numbers, attendance at Luxe Pack Monaco was the highest since its founding 35 years ago.

This increase in the number of visitors in the last two years (10% more compared to 2022 and 15% more compared to 2021) is explained by the increasing number of exhibiting companies, 19% more. High-profile decision-makers increased and overseas visits consolidated, accounting for more than half of visitors, from 95 different countries, with a significant increase in visitors from the UK (up 25% compared with until 2022).

Successful launch of Luxe Home

The new Luxe Home space perfectly fulfilled its mission of supporting brands in the specific segment of home fragrance products, connecting them with the best suppliers in this field. Visitors to the Home space discovered candles, diffusers, aroma sticks, dry diffusion with pearl encapsulators, etc.

Luxe Pack in Green Awards

Once again, there was a large number of entries for the Luxe Pack in Green awards in association with Infinity Global (52 entries for both categories), where exhibitors presented their best packaging innovations and CSR initiatives to the panel.

Four companies were finalists in the “Best innovation in sustainable packaging” category: Adhespack, Furlanis, Holmen Iggesund and James Cropper. Adhespack and their 100% paper perfume sample solution won the award. Free of plastic and aluminum, these scented labels are recyclable, compostable and biodegradable in 154 days.

In the “Best CSR initiative” category, the panel nominated three exhibitors: Albéa, GCA and Groupe Pochet. Albéa won with RECYMakeUp, a project chosen by Citeo and Adelphe, which aims to improve the recyclability of plastic packaging used in makeup and care products and share best practices with the entire industry to advance the sector.

Finally, the jury awarded its 'Favorite' to the recycling project Ekomat presented by GCA. Carried out in Yalova (Turkey) since June 2022, the project not only aims to collect and recycle glass, metal and plastic beverage containers, but also aims to raise awareness and educate the local population.
