Labelexpo Europe, the largest fair in the world for packaging and label printing sector, will be held in the Gran Via venue Fira de Barcelona from September 16 to 19, 2025. The event, which brings together more than 600 companies and 35.000 visitors from 140 countries, moves from Brussels to Barcelona to enhance their growth opportunities.
In September 2023, Labelexpo Europe, organized by Tarsus Group, now part of Informa PLC, held its latest edition in Brussels, the city that has been its headquarters for the last 38 years. This change is due, among other reasons, to the objective of continuing to grow as a world-leading event in the sector, which in turn reinforces the positioning of Fira de Barcelona as a driver of major international events.
Thus, in autumn 2025, the biennial exhibition will bring together at the Gran Via venue the leading companies in the sector, both packaging and folding cartons and label printers, which will present the latest technologies and product innovations, materials and machinery through demonstrations and presentations with machines in operation.
Designers, industry suppliers and professionals from all over the world of packaging, printing and retail will meet at this event, which will also organize professional conferences with experts who share experiences and debate the trends in the sector that They go through innovation, precision, quality and sustainability.

Strengthens positioning
Labelexpo Europe joins the wide portfolio of internationally renowned events hosted and organized by Fira de Barcelona. In recent years, the institution, which holds more than 250 events annually, has been chosen as the venue for events of the magnitude of ISE, the world's leading exhibition for the audiovisual industry, Seafood Expo Global, the largest event dedicated to seafood, or ShopTalk Europe, international reference for retail which held its first edition in Barcelona in May. In addition, this year it hosted the main pharmaceutical sector fair, CPHI Europe, as well as more than twenty congresses in the health field at the Gran Via and CCIB venues.
These events join other major events held at the Fira venues such as MWC, Alimentaria, Automobile Barcelona, Salón Náutico, Smart City Expo World Congress, Hispack, Sónar, and IoT Solutions World Congress, among others.
