TNT Global Manufacturing has collaborated with Clarins for the design of the three stopper formats of the fragrance Wanted Girl de Azzaro.
The team has designed the spray cap of 10 pieces, including five of zamak and aluminum, of the sizes of 50 and 80 ml. The spray cap features a top trigger or ball, highlighted by a gold ECoating finish. The handle, also in zamak, is made of bright white galvanized bronze. The petals and the body are made of aluminum, for a cool touch effect. The five interior components, only functional, are made of plastic. The rigidity and the assembly process guarantee rigidity and therefore safety when used.
The 30 ml size cap consists of a PCTG silver metallized part and a mass dyed PP insert. The upper ball is made of zamak, with a gold ECoating finish. The cap of the 5 ml miniature is made of a single component silver metallic PP.
